Late Comers

We know life happens and sometimes we can run late from time to time.  However, please try to arrive on time as latecomers may not be admitted until a suitable break in the performance, which may not be until the interval.  We must strictly enforce this at all times.

Food & Drink

For selected shows, drinks may be brought into the auditorium in plastic glasses. Hot beverages or glasses are strictly prohibited for health and safety reasons.   

Customer Behaviour

Help us to ensure that the professionals on stage are the only people entertaining us with their performances.  Please be kind to our dedicated staff who are here to make sure everybody is safe. Anti-social behaviour or aggression towards our staff or other customers will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave the theatre.  We reserve the right to enforce this at all times and take appropriate action, if necessary.

Cameras & Recording Equipment

We know that you may want to take a picture to remind you of your experience at the theatre.  Please grab a selfie before the house lights go down as once the performance starts, all photography, videography and recording of any kind is strictly prohibited unless advance permission from our management team is granted.  All mobile phones must be silenced during the performance.  We reserve the right to request any unauthorised recordings of a performance be deleted.

Smoking & Vaping

We have a strict no-smoking policy anywhere in our theatre.
