By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to comply with the terms outlined below. These terms govern your use of our site, ticket purchases, event attendance, and any other interactions with the Millennium Forum.
General Admission
- The Millennium Forum reserves the right to refuse admission to the Theatre and to request ticket holders to leave the Theatre, taking appropriate action to enforce this right.
- Every member of the audience, including children, must hold a valid ticket.
Performance Alterations
- Tickets are sold subject to the Millennium Forum’s right to make changes to the cast or advertised arrangements without notice.
Refunds and Cancellations
- Ticket costs will only be refunded if a performance is cancelled or rescheduled by the Millennium Forum. Refunds will not be issued under any other circumstances.
Late Arrivals
- Latecomers may be asked to wait until a suitable break in the performance before being admitted to the auditorium.
Use of Devices
- The use of mobile phones, pagers, cameras, and video recorders is strictly prohibited in the auditorium. The Millennium Forum reserves the right to ask you to delete any unauthorised recordings of performances.
Special Effects
- Some performances may feature special effects such as strobe lighting or smoke effects. For information on specific performances, please contact the Box Office.
Booking
- You are responsible for entering accurate details on the Booking Form. Any changes to your details after booking must be communicated to the Theatre.
- The Millennium Forum reserves the right to impose restrictions on ticket volumes per order.
- It is your responsibility to verify that the tickets issued to you are correct.
- Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded once purchased.
Delivery
- Tickets will be posted to you (or to the billing address of the credit/debit card holder, if different) within seven days of booking. Alternatively, tickets may be collected from the Box Office if indicated on the Booking Form.
- E-tickets will be emailed immediately after purchase.
- Tickets sent by post will be sent via First Class mail. The Millennium Forum accepts no responsibility for tickets lost or delayed by Royal Mail or An Post.
- For events booked within seven days of the performance date, tickets must be collected from the Box Office.
