We understand the importance of accessibility and strive to remove barriers that might prevent anyone from enjoying live performances. From wheelchair-accessible seating to sensory-friendly spaces, our venue offers a range of services to support our audience’s needs.

Changing Place Facility

A fully equipped, accessible changing facility designed for visitors with complex needs. tthat can be accessed by asking a member of staff or via a radar key.

Quiet Room with a Sensory Area

A quiet, calming space designed for individuals with sensory sensitivities, available during all performances. This dedicated area provides a relaxed environment with a direct audio-visual link to the auditorium, allowing visitors to watch and listen to the performance on a TV screen while remaining in a comfortable setting.

Loop System

An assistance system available for audience members who are deaf or hard of hearing. In addition to our fixed hearing loop system, we have an infra-red hearing loop that can be obtained from our shop on level 2.

Touch Tour

A guided experience allowing visually impaired visitors to explore set pieces, props, and costumes before select performances.

Guide Dogs

Assistance dogs are welcome throughout the venue and we are happy to provide water bowls upon request.

Booster Seats

Available from our shop for audience members who need assistance to get a clear view of the stage.
