How Online Gift Vouchers work
- Gift vouchers must be used in a transaction within 12 months from the date of purchase and can be used for any show currently on sale.
- Gift Vouchers can be redeemed online and at the Millennium Forum Box Office.
- Gift Vouchers cannot be used for food and drink at the Millennium Forum.
- If an online Gift Voucher is not used in full, the remaining amount will be generated as a new voucher which will be immediately emailed to the voucher recipient after they make their booking.
- Gift Vouchers can be used as part payment towards a transaction.
- We do not post out online Gift Vouchers. To personalise your voucher, simply print off and fill in the sections with the details shown in the confirmation email (Voucher Number, Expiry and Value).
