Happy Stage Your Forum Your Stage
This is an inclusive youth project which, addresses young people's mental health through Arts and peer learning.
This initiative targets 12 to 18 year-olds, reflecting the Forum's commitment to addressing significant youth issues through the arts, it utilises health professionals, is run in house, and delivered in communities and in schools. It currently has 30 participants and can work with up to 70 and delivers peer to peer learning. It has created new friendships, the current cohort have jelled very well together and have formed a tight network helping them explore and enjoy performance while working on self-care and mindfulness

We are thrilled to welcome the North West Regional College as new Principal Partner of the hugely successful ‘Happy Stage’ project. The project enables local young people to explore topics around mental health through the arts. Supported by the North West Regional College, Ulster Garden Villages, A&B NI, Public Health Agency through the Clear Project, Find Insurance, The Sandwich Co and Alchemy Technology Services.
