YOUR STAGE
Sing. Act. Dance. Mental Health
A weekly space where performance meets real life. Your Stage is led by young people and powered by drama, dance and song exploring positive mental health in a creative, supportive setting. You’ll learn from professional arts facilitators and health professionals, while building a showpiece you can share out in the community.
Why get involved?
- Use performance to explore confidence, wellbeing and everyday pressures
- Build skills in singing, acting and movement (no experience needed)
- Meet new people and friends who get it
- Work with arts and health professionals in a relaxed, encouraging environment
- Create something real — with opportunities to perform and showcase your work locally
- Aged Year 8 – Year 14 (11/12 yrs to 18 yrs old)
When is it on?
Wednesdays + Saturdays (weekly sessions)
4 hours total per week
Focused on artistic discovery, collaboration and building your own voice on stage.
